Group D09 Large Passenger Aircraft Design Reports
A five-work-package aircraft design and wing-structure report series developed through TU Delft’s Aerospace Design & Systems Engineering course.
This report series follows a large passenger-aircraft concept from requirements and sizing through detailed wingbox design.
The third work package finalized external geometry, Class II weight and drag estimates, and a converged configuration. The fourth established critical maneuver and gust load cases, force diagrams, stiffness requirements, and a preliminary wingbox. The fifth compared six layouts for buckling, tensile strength, crack propagation, and aileron reversal before selecting a final structural configuration.

These documents are design-course reports authored by a nine-person team. They are included as evidence of systems engineering and technical writing—not described as journal papers.
